Uruguay Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcuy@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Uruguay Government controlled BTCUY address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Uruguay ("BTCUY") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Uruguay Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Uruguay has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
